I offer weekly sound baths at Lake Okahumpka Recreation Center on Friday evenings at 6:00 PM-offering a gentle space for rest, renewal and inner stillness. These sessions are open to all residents and guests who are seeking a moment to slow down and reconnect.

  I am a licensed massage therapist (Florida license MA80504) trained in a wide range of modalities including reflexology, table Thai massage, lomi lomi, deep tissue massage and cranial sacral therapy. I am also a reiki master and I bring this whole-body awareness into every sound experience I offer.

As a past instructor in the massage program at Marion Technical College, I enjoy teaching and hope to offer workshops and courses in sound and vibration in the future.
